The process of renewing your Arkansas notary public commission is exactly the same as applying to obtain your first appointment. The application form is the same, and all required information, bond, and state filing fees must be submitted. The timely renewal of your Arkansas notary commission is your responsibility. Be aware of your commission expiration date, and apply in plenty of time. Submit your application 90 days before the expiration of your term to avoid any lapse in your commission. If you are reappointed, you must not use your new notary seal until the first day of your new commission, and you must destroy your old seal.

4-year term - A great bargain at only $79.00!
